Installation Coordinator (Plumbing)

  Efficiently schedule and dispatch installation jobs to keep operations running smoothly

  Coordinate with customers and vendors to build strong, reliable relationships

• →

  Make sure our installers have the tools, materials, and information they need to succeed

• →

  Keep communication clear and consistent across all departments and projects

• →

  Manage inventory, materials, and resources to support efficient job completion

• →

  Handle permits and job documentation with precision

• →

  Participate in the call queue and join our on-call Saturday rotation (once a month)

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for home services or trade school education)

• Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles — plumbing or construction experience is a big plus

• Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan knowledge is a bonus!)

• Organized, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication

• Committed to providing excellent customer service

Please Note: This is an in-office role based in Taylor, Texas. Daily commuting is required.
