As a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse, your role extends far beyond clinical tasks — you are a steady presence, an advocate, and a trusted partner in each resident’s care journey. From medication administration and care planning to collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, you play a vital role in creating a safe, compassionate, and person-centered environment. • Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders
• Complete assessments and document accurately in the medical record
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers/families as needed
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care
• Respond to emergencies and urgent situations calmly and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Full-Time or Part-Time: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing in Indiana
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion for serving older adults
