As a Survey Office Technician, you would be involved in numerous tasks that include assisting with the following:

→Reduction of survey data – GPS, LiDAR, sUAS and other data sets
→Preparation of survey documents including:

→Geodetic Control
→Plats
→ALTAs
→Topographic Maps
→Easements
→GIS digital deliveries

→Strong organizational skills
→Excellent verbal and written communication skills
→Attention to detail.
→The ability to problem solve and innovate.
→Work with limited supervision.

You have a High School Diploma or 2-year related degree preferred.
You have a minimum of one year of experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D.
You have experience with GIS software, construction staking calculations, data reduction for boundary, right-of-way surveys, topographic and/or engineering design will be considered more qualified.
Candidates with survey field experience will be considered more qualified.

Trimble Business Center
FME
GIS applications including QGIS, and ESRI
Ortho imagery and point cloud reduction technologies
Civil 3D / AutoCAD
Adobe Acrobat / Bluebeam Revu
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
