At Behaviour, creating player first experiences is central to everything we do. As User Research Team Lead, you will coordinate and lead a team of user research specialists supporting the production and live operations of our games. You will balance people leadership with research expertise, ensuring high quality insights are delivered consistently and integrated into design, product, and strategic decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
Lead and support a team of user research specialists across multiple projects on a day to day basis.
Ensure timely delivery of research insights while maintaining high quality and methodological standards.
Collaborate closely with producers, product managers, game designers, and analytics partners to align research with production needs.
Work with the group lead to prioritize and execute user research initiatives, both operational and strategic.
Provide coaching, feedback, and visibility on objectives to support team growth and effectiveness.
Contribute to the evolution of research processes, standards, and best practices within the Player Insights team
9+ years of experience in user research, with games industry experience considered an asset.
Strong expertise in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research, including survey design and data analysis.
Proven experience leading or mentoring researchers in a team environment.
Master’s degree in social science, psychology, UX design, marketing, or equivalent experience.
Strong collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
Solid knowledge of the video games industry and player centered development practices

9+ années d’expérience en recherche utilisateur·rice, dont une expérience dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo considérée comme un atout;
Excellente maîtrise des méthodologies de recherche qualitatives, quantitatives et mixtes, incluant la conception de sondages et l’analyse de données;
Expérience démontrée en encadrement ou en mentorat de chercheur·euse·s dans un contexte d’équipe;
Maîtrise en sciences sociales, psychologie, design UX, marketing ou expérience équivalente;
Solides compétences en collaboration et en communication au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires;
Bonne connaissance de l’industrie du jeu vidéo et des pratiques de développement centrées sur les joueur·euse·s
