- Create a positive, fun, and efficient workplace aligned with our culture and employee experience programs.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, groceries, lunches, and overall workplace logistics.
- Organize engaging activities such as birthday celebrations, happy hours, and team events.
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires and interns.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and guide them to the right resources.
- Support People & Culture operations (HR systems, benefits, payroll coordination, communications, and external partners like the Company Doctor).
- Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR admin, office management, or workplace experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Proactive, positive team player with a solution-oriented mindsetVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.

- Gérer les opérations du bureau (fournitures, courses, déjeuners et logistique quotidienne);
- Organiser des activités engageantes : anniversaires, happy hours et événements d’équipe;
- Soutenir l’onboarding et l’intégration des nouvelles recrues et des stagiaires;
- Être le premier point de contact pour les questions des employé·e·s et les orienter vers les bonnes ressources;
- Participer aux opérations People & Culture (SIRH, avantages sociaux, coordination paie, communications et partenaires externes comme le/la médecin du travail).
- Diplôme en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe;
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en administration RH, office management ou workplace experience;
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, planification et communication;
- Esprit d’équipe, attitude positive et approche proactive orientée solutions;
- Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; une expérience avec des SIRH est un plus;
- Maîtrise du néerlandais et de l’anglais.
