About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Contribute to the design and development of AI agents integrated into live systems.

Help build and maintain benchmark datasets to evaluate AI performance.

Design, prototype, and iterate AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

Collaborate closely with senior engineers on system design, integration, and deployment.

Currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.

Familiarity with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG. Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning is a plus.

Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) is a strong plus.

Strong programming fundamentals and experience with Python.

Interest in AI, data-driven systems, and building tools for real-world applications.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
