Product Planning & Strategy: Own the end-to-end product roadmap for our structured product suite. Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements to identify new product opportunities and set a winning go-to-market strategy.

Product Design & Execution: Design product rules, yield structures, and parameter configurations (e.g., strike price, APR, tenor). You'll translate user needs into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and work with our quant and risk teams to ensure our crypto products are priced competitively and operate within acceptable risk parameters.

Operational Support & Growth: Act as the product expert for our operations and marketing teams. You'll develop comprehensive launch plans, including user education materials and promotional campaigns, to ensure successful product adoption. You will leverage on-chain and off-chain data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the key interface, ensuring seamless communication and execution between Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to deliver a world-class user experience.

Experience: 8-10 years in product management for structured products, dual investment, on-chain Defi. Experience with cryptocurrencies, traditional bank/securities wealth management, or derivatives is highly preferred. We give priority to candidates who have designed or led successful products from 0 to 1 in the crypto or fintech space.

Leadership Management: At least 2-4 years of team management.

Skills: A strong passion for and understanding of financial markets. You must be comfortable with the core concepts of interest rates and volatility, and be able to apply them to crypto assets. You're highly analytical and skilled in using tools like SQL and Excel to drive data-driven decisions. You should have outstanding communication and project management skills.

Attributes: You have a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership for business growth and product revenue. You are a fast learner, able to adapt quickly to the rapid pace of the cryptocurrency industry. You possess a strong ability to translate user needs into innovative product solutions.

Bonus Points:

An active, deep user of cryptocurrencies with a good understanding of DeFi and blockchain protocols.

Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Possession of financial certifications such as CFA or FRM.
