Own the month-end close process and deliver accurate, timely financial reports

Build and maintain internal controls that protect our assets and keep us compliant

Prepare Budgets and assist with forecasting and planning to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Liaise regularly with Country General Manager and team leads to coordinate initiatives and share insights

Coordinate statutory audits and work hand-in-hand with external auditors

Ensure all tax filings and regulatory requirements are met on time

Spot opportunities to streamline and improve finance processes, including leveraging AI tools

Stay on top of changes in financial regulations and keep us ahead of the curve

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (CPA or equivalent is a big plus)

At least 6-8 years’ experience in accounting or finance, especially with month-end close, controls, and reporting

Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards

Comfortable with accounting software and ERP systems
