• →Handle legal matters, risk management, business operation and projects.
• →Review, draft and negotiate all legal documents related to business or strategic matters and projects including contract management
• →Conduct the company secretary including but not limited to board of director meeting and shareholder meeting including filing application to the relevant authorities as required from time to time;
• →Responsible for license, Intellectual property and liability insurance management;
• →Conduct the relevant training in relation to legal and regulatory risk;
• →Develop, implement and follow up legal policies, SOP and guidelines
• →Identify, manage and mitigate legal risk with a focus on commercial transaction.
• →Support and facilitate the implementation of financial compliance module including but not limited to KYC, AML and CFT and other applicable module as required from time to time;
• →Handle pre-litigation matters including correspondence, negotiation and mediation with the opposite party; and
• →Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.

• At least bachelor’s degree in law from reputable university both of local and overseas;
• Adaptable and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively;
• Strong analytical, Attention to detail, Good communication skills;
• Passionate about financial inclusion; and
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (TOEIC should be 750+)

o Background in financial industry and familiar with SET/SEC regulation is desirable but not essential;

o Demonstrated ability in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts;

o Ability to digest and translate complex legal and contractual concepts into practical, simple and commercial advice.
