About the Role

~1 min read- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer, partnering with hiring managers across all departments
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral programs, and creative outreach to attract top talent
- Manage the applicant tracking system (Rippling) to ensure a clean, organized, and data-driven hiring pipeline
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness
- Help build and refine BizzyCar’s employer brand and careers presence to attract high-caliber candidates
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines for critical roles
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and engaging first-week experience
- Administer and maintain people systems including Rippling (HRIS) and Lattice (performance management)
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, performance review cycles, and culture-building programs
- Help maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies, and people programs
- Support offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and strong sourcing skills across multiple channels
- Experience working in Rippling (ATS/HRIS) is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Lattice or similar performance management platforms
- Exposure to broader HR/people operations functions such as onboarding, compliance, or employee engagement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to sell an opportunity and build relationships
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using recruiting metrics to inform decisions
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges as the company grows
- Experience in automotive or dealership-adjacent industries is a plus, but not required
- Ownership of the recruiting function at a company where every hire makes a visible impact
