As an FP&A Manager at Blacklane, you will enable better decision-making through clear financial reporting, high-quality analysis, and strong business partnership across the organization. You will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn data into insight, support planning and performance management, and help drive business results.

You will:

Deliver financial analysis that supports leadership decision-making, performance reviews, and business planning
Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance and the business to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
Support month-end, forecast, budget, and long-range planning processes with high-quality analysis and insights
Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for business teams and leadership
Help improve planning, reporting, and analytical processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Contribute to ad hoc projects, business cases, and strategic analyses as Blacklane continues to grow

You have:

2–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role
Experience with both internal and external reporting
Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Proven ability to act as a business partner and work effectively with non-finance stakeholders
Experience working with large datasets and turning them into clear insights and recommendations
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience with BI or planning tools, such as Workday Adaptive Planning, is a plus
A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive way of working
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain financial topics clearly to different audiences

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in a scaling, international environment
Exposure to board, investor, or management reporting processes
