Advanced Excel & Data Analysis Skills Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Manage end-to-end India HR Operations from onboarding to employee exit. 2. Draft and issue offer letters, onboarding documents, and exit-related communications. 3. Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support while maintaining confidentiality. 4. Coordinate employee onboarding activities with internal stakeholders and vendors. 5. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. 6. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs. 7. Coordinate background verification processes and vendor interactions. 8. Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports. 9. Assist in payroll input collection and validation. 10. Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes. 11.Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency.
