Supervisor – Travel Support

Job Title : Supervisor – Travel Support Qualification : Graduate Relevant Experience : 6–10 years - minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory/Team Lead role. Must Have Skills : • Strong knowledge of Middle East Corporate Travel Operations • Hands-on experience in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) • Team Management & Leadership • Stakeholder & Client Management • Travel Policy Compliance Good Have Skills : • Online Booking Tools (OBTs) • Process Improvement & Automation • Vendor Management • Cost Optimization Strategies • Project Management • Training & Mentoring Roles and Responsibilities : • Supervise end-to-end corporate travel bookings (Air, Hotel, Ground Transport, etc.) for Middle East operations. • Ensure compliance with travel policies, SLAs, and quality standards. • Manage complex itineraries, VIP travelers, and last-minute travel requests. • Act as the escalation point for travel-related issues. • Lead and mentor a team of travel coordinators. • Conduct quality audits, performance reviews, and training sessions. • Manage supplier and vendor relationships. • Monitor travel costs, savings, and policy compliance. • Prepare operational and KPI reports. • Handle traveler emergencies and duty-of-care requirements. • Drive process improvements and maintain SOPs.
