Spanish Translator - Special Projects

• Bi-Lingual - Spanish and English (must be able to read, write and speak both languages.)
• Prior hospitality experience a plus.
• Maintenance/Groundskeeping/landscaping experience with graffiti /signs, pressure washing, general outdoor commercial cleaning, and operating landscaping machinery
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle - current TN Driver's License 
• Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions, weather gear provided.
• Ability to use SMART system application to record work being performed.

Front Line: Responsible for assisting Ambassadors with translation with work instructions, training and other duties as requested while ensuring compliance with all Block-by-Block standards, best practices, procedures, and policies.

Responsible for communicating events, weather, and safety updates to Ambassadors. Providing excellent customer service in the business district and towards the team of Ambassadors. Provide guidance and direction for the on-street and in the field operations.

Reporting: Must be able to provide written reports of broken infrastructure, graffiti on private property, and provide a basic daily report of accomplishments and tasks completed.

Professionalism: Must maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and overall Block by Block standards of expected professionalism. Clean, neat, and buttoned up.

Physical Abilities: Must have the physical capacity to traverse continuously during an eight-hour shift, with normal breaks. Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions with provided inclement weather gear.

Communication: Must be able to speak, read, and write the Spanish language in order to create basic reports and employee communication.
