Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to establish a cohesive marketing vision that aligns with company-wide strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel brand strategies to drive market penetration and brand equity in the natural consumer health and wellness market.
  • Oversee all internal and external communications, public relations, advertising, and content creation initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of promotional tools and campaigns for new product launches, customer engagement, and trade show events.
  • Guide competitive and market research efforts, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies and customer segmentation models.
  • Measure and report on the ROI of all marketing initiatives, ensuring optimization of budgets and resources.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing external agency relationships (e.g., PR, creative, research).
  • Collaborate with digital and eCommerce leadership to synchronize go-to-market strategies and online presence.
  • Assist with business development projects and contribute to expansion efforts through strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements
