  • Cultivate relationships with lenders, investors, and funding partners to expand access to capital
  • Evaluate financing pathways and structure solutions that align with growth goals and business performance
  • Support negotiations tied to funding terms, strategic transactions, and financial partnerships
  • Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Strengthen financial discipline across planning, reporting, and decision support processes
  • Assess market conditions, risk factors, and strategic opportunities that may affect growth and capital strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required, MBA strongly preferred
  • 10 or more years of progressive senior finance leadership experience
  • Proven success in capital strategy, fundraising support, debt or equity financing, investor engagement, or strategic finance
  • Strong command of forecasting, financial modeling, cash planning, and performance analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with ownership, executive teams, lenders, and outside financial partners
  • Experience in infrastructure, business services, industrial services, construction, telecommunications, or related sectors preferred
  • Strong business judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where growth and change are ongoing
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and strategic thinking
