  • Lead a lean marketing function while partnering closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to improve positioning and pipeline quality.
  • Develop messaging and launch plans for new industry verticals, with emphasis on repeatable growth programs instead of basic channel or social only marketing.
  • Translate market insight into practical growth strategies for existing core segments and emerging service driven markets.
  • Guide content strategy, campaign execution, and digital programs across the funnel with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Use data, attribution, and funnel performance insights to recommend investment decisions and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Strengthen collaboration between marketing, sales, and operational stakeholders to support product launches and commercial growth initiatives.
  • Build team accountability, raise execution standards, and mentor a small group in a fast paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven success in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in telecom, UCaaS, VoIP, SaaS, or a related technology environment.
  • Strong go to market strategy experience, especially in small and midsize business markets.
  • Ability to clearly articulate how growth programs were built, measured, and optimized.
  • Experience supporting new vertical expansion, demand generation, and revenue focused marketing.
  • Comfort working in a smaller company or growth stage environment where strategy and execution both matter.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, GitHub, Salesforce, or similar business systems is helpful.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and cross functional leadership ability.
  • Energy, adaptability, and a collaborative style that fits a visible leadership role in a growing organization.
