IT Project Manager – Application Development

• →Lead end to end delivery for enterprise application deployments, from discovery and planning through launch and early adoption
• →Run structured requirements workshops and convert stakeholder input into practical project plans, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• →Create and maintain clear project artifacts such as scope documents, business requirements, decision logs, and training materials
• →Partner with customer teams, technical contributors, and business leaders to keep priorities aligned, risks visible, and milestones on track
• →Coordinate testing, readiness reviews, launch activities, and transition support so new solutions land smoothly with end users
• →Deliver user enablement sessions and practical documentation that help teams adopt new tools with confidence
• →Track dependencies, changes, and open issues, then drive timely resolution with a calm, organized approach
• →Contribute to stronger implementation standards, reusable templates, and repeatable delivery practices as the organization grows

• 3 to 6 years of project management experience in software, SaaS, or other technology-driven environments
• Proven success leading multi-stakeholder implementation or application delivery efforts
• Experience developing business requirements, scope documentation, and project deliverables that support execution
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of software deployment practices, systems integration concepts, and data-driven workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, follow through, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping teams focused and informed

• Experience supporting enterprise applications tied to operations, supply chain, procurement, or other business-critical workflows
• Exposure to data-centric or AI-enabled software environments
• Experience in high-growth or evolving business settings
• Familiarity with customer implementations that require close collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams
