Senior Project Manager

• →Direct multiple residential reconstruction projects from project kickoff through closeout.
• →Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans.
• →Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain project momentum.
• →Build strong relationships with homeowners by providing consistent communication and project updates.
• →Monitor project costs and timelines while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• →Resolve field issues quickly and proactively to minimize delays.
• →Ensure workmanship meets company quality expectations and applicable building standards.
• →Track project progress using Airtable and other project management technology.
• →Collaborate with leadership to improve operational processes and project delivery.
• →Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction, project performance, and successful completion.

• Two or more years of project management experience, preferably within construction, reconstruction, restoration, or residential remodeling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several active projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, subcontractor activities, and field operations.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing project management software, including Airtable.
• Self-motivated professional with an ownership mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer focused environment.

• Background in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential construction.
• Experience improving project workflows and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
