Houseperson-PM Shift

Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Overnight Houseperson, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our hotel. As an Overnight Houseperson, you will ensure that all public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and ready for the next day’s operations. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our hotel.

• →Perform thorough cleaning of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and stairwells to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
• →Conduct floor care procedures such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property
• →Assist with light housekeeping tasks in guest rooms when needed, ensuring rooms meet cleanliness standards before check-in
• →Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and disposal of cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety regulations
• →Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
• →Support custodial operations by managing industrial cleaning tasks in back-of-house areas or service corridors
• →Follow established hospitality protocols to deliver exceptional service while adhering to health and safety guidelines

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hotel or hospitality environment is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper equipment use
• Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning practices is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Previous housekeeper management experience is advantageous but not required
