For our hotels in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, we are looking for:
Reservations Officer
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Entering and managing reservations, including creating guest profiles and ensuring the accuracy of all relevant information.
- →Managing reservation deposits and payments in accordance with agreed terms, in cooperation with the relevant departments.
- →Collaborating with the hotel departments to handle guest requests and complaints, as well as last-minute reservations.
- →Preparing and sending offers based on guest requirements and availability.
- →Communicating with guests and providing prompt and effective service.
- →Supervising and supporting other team members, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
- →Managing the department’s incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Familiarity with reservation software and computer systems.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them efficiently and within deadlines.
- Availability to work in shifts.
- Team spirit and creativity.
- Professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
