Responsibilities

Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.

Conduct bag checks and screenings of guests entering the facility.

Enforce all venue policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Ensure guests comply with house rules and address violations professionally.

Monitor guests, employees, and facility activities.
→
Prevent disturbances, theft, and unauthorized activity.
→
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
→
Complete detailed incident and activity reports.
→
Coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.

Requirements

Valid Virginia Armed Security Officer license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Ability to professionally enforce rules while maintaining positive customer interactions.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Previous armed security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
