You will work hands‑on with backend services and automation, contributing to a high‑impact internal capacity management initiative focused on improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability. This role is well suited for an engineer who enjoys building systems, improving automation, and leveraging modern tooling—including AI‑driven workflows—to enhance development productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and automation using .NET / C#
  • Contribute to automation‑focused solutions (not just dashboards), improving internal system efficiency and reliability
  • Analyze system requirements, document technical specifications, and implement software solutions to meet business and operational needs
  • Review and implement enhancement requests and functional specifications
  • Modify and extend existing systems, ensuring alignment with evolving standards and requirements
  • Write unit tests, perform debugging, and conduct in‑depth troubleshooting across new and legacy systems
  • Prepare test plans, test data, and migration packages for system, user, and production testing
  • Perform post‑implementation validation and resolve defects identified during testing
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and support production stability
  • Leverage AI‑assisted tools or agents to support development, debugging, and automation workflows
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 2–4 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong coding experience in C# / .NET, with the ability to:
    • Build on existing codebases
    • Develop, test, debug, and execute new functionality
  • Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining large‑scale or distributed software systems
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and debugging production systems
  • Ability to understand and work with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building automation‑first solutions (infrastructure, tooling, capacity management, or operational workflows)
  • Exposure to or interest in AI‑driven development workflows, including using AI agents to assist with coding, debugging, or task delegation
  • Experience working in cloud infrastructure or platform services
  • Familiarity with storage, compute, or networking systems
  • Prior experience working in large enterprise or highly scaled engineering environments
  • Background working with internal tools, systems, or services that support platform operations
