Handle new inbound enquiries and progress them through the sales funnel
Handle outbound leads via the CRM and Linked in
Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to take leads from enquiry β proposal β contract signed
Maintain accurate calendar entries for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and reminders
Keep CRM, admin tasks, and documentation/noted clean and up to date at all times
Deliver consistently against a clear sales target
Proven sales closer β confident on calls and video meetings
Highly organised with strong admin and follow-up discipline
Comfortable using web apps (Google Workspace, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
CRM experience (HubSpot a bonus, not essential)
Proactive, professional, and target-driven
Independent thinker and doer
You earn throughout the sales process, not just at the end
Friendly, ambitious team based in Sarajevo
Monthly meetups at our hub office
