• Pay: $18.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Note: Travel between our local Reno, Sparks, and Carson City clinics is a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Experience: 1–3 years of clinical dental or orthodontic assisting experience is preferred (but if you are an enthusiastic dental assisting school graduate or a customer-service pro with a powerful desire to build a career, we are willing to fully train you!).
• Travel: Reliable transportation and a strict willingness to travel to all of our designated clinic locations (Reno, Sparks, and Carson City) as scheduled.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills—friendly, clear, and upbeat with a natural ability to connect with patients.
• Mindset: A hunger to learn and grow, a team-first attitude, and total alignment with our mission to make a lasting impact.
• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position and requires a successful pre-employment drug screening. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep our team and patients safe.

• →Learn Chairside Assisting: Train to provide efficient, high-quality chairside assistance to the orthodontist during specialized procedures.
• →Patient Care: Guide patients through their appointments, keeping them comfortable, informed, and cared for at every step.
• →Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to supporting clinical operations and maintaining seamless clinical flow across our high-energy Reno, Sparks, and Carson City practices.
• →Team Spirit: Work closely with your clinical teammates, support one another, and celebrate group wins to maintain a fantastic office environment.
