Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental

- Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: 1–3 years of professional customer service or front office experience is required (prior experience in a medical or dental office environment is a major plus, but we are fully willing to train you on dental systems!).
- Communication: A clear, exceptionally friendly communicator with a warm phone presence and comfort handling multi-line systems.
- Mindset: A strong team-player attitude, an organized work style, and a natural passion for making kids feel safe and at ease.
- Travel: Reliable personal transportation and a total commitment to commuting across our local office sites as scheduled.
- Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position. A pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines to keep our team and patients protected.

- Manage Communications: Handle multi-line incoming phone calls, answer parent inquiries, and coordinate appointments accurately.
- Operational Flow: Keep front desk administrative workflows organized, helping parents navigate scheduling and clinical information seamlessly.
- Practice Collaboration: Work closely with our pediatric clinical team to maintain a supportive, positive, and high-energy office environment.
This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
