🚗 Travel & Regional Footprint: This full-time position features a dynamic regional clinic rotation across our beautifully appointed Sacramento-area practices. Reliable personal transportation and a strict willingness to travel locally between these locations is a core part of the adventure!
⚠️ License Requirement: Candidates must possess an active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in good standing. Prior specialized orthodontic assisting experience is highly preferred, but we welcome skilled RDAs eager to master the art of orthodontics!

• Credentials: Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required).
• Experience: 2+ years of dental assisting experience under your belt. Prior clinical experience in a fast-paced orthodontic bay is a massive competitive advantage!
• Technical Software Skills: Familiarity with modern dental practice management software, digital charting, and digital radiography systems (experience with Cloud 9. Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft is a major plus).
• Soft Skills: Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills, a gentle bedside manner that makes patients feel safe and at home, sharp attention to clinical detail, and a naturally positive, team-first attitude.
• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive role that requires a successful pre-employment drug screening and background check. We strictly maintain a safe clinical environment by exceeding all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

• →Orthodontic Chairside Assisting: Provide high-quality clinical support and RDA-level care during routine wire adjustments, bondings, appliance deliveries, and debonding appointments.
• →Digital Diagnostics: Take accurate orthodontic diagnostic records, including high-resolution digital intraoral photographs, X-rays, and computer-guided digital impressions/scans.
• →Patient & Parent Concierge: Warmly welcome local families, ease treatment anxieties with high-energy positivity, deliver clear oral hygiene instructions, and celebrate milestone "braces-off" moments!
• →Multi-Site Synergy: Maintain an adaptable, upbeat attitude while traveling to support our operations smoothly across our Sacramento-area clinic tracks.
