• Licensure: Current Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
• Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification (we fully cover your annual recertification fees!).
• Clinical Excellence: Strong technical knowledge of dental hygiene equipment, exceptional diagnostic skills, sharp attention to detail, and a gentle touch.
• Communication: Warm, family-oriented interpersonal skills that help patients feel safe, heard, and thoroughly educated on their oral health.

• →Comprehensive Prophylaxis: Deliver exceptional dental hygiene therapies, scaling, root planing, and periodontal care to patients of all ages.
• →Patient Education: Take the time to guide and educate patients on custom home-care routines and preventative health.
• →Advanced Technology: Utilize modern clinical tools, text-based software workflows, to maximize patient health.
• →Collaborative Diagnosis: Partner directly with Dr. Gregson and Dr. Indhya to co-diagnose and build conservative, personalized treatment plans.
