Landscape Install Foreman

Reports to: Landscape Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews jobs sheets from Landscape Supervisor.
• Loads, unloads and drives landscape trucks to and from jobs, ensuring proper materials, supplies, and equipment are available
• Maintains accurate records of crew travel time, equipment hours, installation time, etc. for customer billing
• Prepares plants, fertilizes, waters and mulches all landscape plantings as required.
• Installs rock walls, landscape lighting, ponds/water features. May perform basic irrigation work.
• Operates skidsteers, rototillers, trenchers, chainsaws, sod cutters, brick saws, and any other landscape equipment necessary
• Communicates with customers to confirm customer preferences and job specifications.
• Snow Removal, including snow plowing and shoveling in the winter months
• Other duties as required

Education/ Experience

Previous landscaping experience

Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities

• Basic Plant Knowledge
• Valid Kansas CDL or ability to get one
• Able to operate skid steer
• Able to operate landscape equipment
• Able to lift 80+ pounds on a regular basis
