Position Summary The Senior Manager will lead complex analytics programs, product workstreams, and methodology development supporting trial planning and execution. The role converts strategic priorities into integrated delivery plans, coordinates business and technical contributors, and ensures outputs are rigorous, documented, reusable, and adopted. The role operates with substantial independence and combines delivery leadership with building scalable ways of working. Key Responsibilities * Program and Workstream Leadership – lead end-to-end delivery across multiple studies, use cases, or product releases. Define scope, milestones, dependencies, quality gates, and risks. * Analytical Design & Review – Translate business questions into testable analytical problems. Recommend fit-for-purpose methods, review outputs, assess sensitivity and limitations, and ensure conclusions are evidence based. * Products & Requirements Delivery – Develop requirements, acceptance criteria, data and workflow needs, and user stories. Partner with BI&T, Data Science, engineering, and vendors through design, testing, deployment, and adoption. * Decision Support – Create concise analyses and narratives for portfolio, study, or capability leaders, distinguishing observation, interpretation, and recommendation. * Data Quality & Documentation – Ensure sources, transformations, business rules, assumptions, versions, and limitations are traceable. Coordinate resolution of data-quality issues. * Stakeholder and Change Management – Build alignment across study teams, product owners, data owners, clinical operations, and technical partners. Plan communications, training, and feedback loops. * Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks, simplify workflows, improve user experience, and scale successful methods. Qualifications & Experience * Education: Preferred advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant field * Experience: * 6+ years of experience across clinical development, trial analytics, biostatistics, data governance, advanced trial analytics, or management consulting * Ownership of complex analytics or product workstreams involving multiple stakeholders. * Practical understanding of forecasting, predictive analytics, simulation, machine learning, and/or AI. * Experience translating business needs into methods, product requirements, test plans, or decision-support outputs. * Strong product leadership, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Compensation Overview: Warsaw - PL: zł271,580 - zł329,085 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
