Responsibilities
~1 min read- →work with customers to resolve technology problems in person, over the phone, and over email
- →Troubleshoot new issues as well as recall specific solutions to recurring issues
- →Assist in the loaning and returning of equipment to faculty and students
- →Assist with hard drive backups and data transfer
- →Assist in providing technology resources to students and faculty/staff as well as basic instruction for how to use or procure those resources
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with Apple OS
- Experience with mobile computing platforms including iOS and Android
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Learn and adapt quickly to new skills, settings, and technological challenges
