Transportation Trips Coordinator

• →Coordinate vehicles for trip requests and special events
• →Maintain vehicle repair and service schedules
• →Maintain vehicle registrations and titles
• →Maintain tax reports for IFTA and IRP
• →Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Logistic skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Professional in appearance and presentation
• Customer service mindset
• IFTA Regulation Training or willingness to acquire certification
• DOT Regulation Training or willingness to acquire certification
• CDL License (Bus and Tractor/Trailer)
• Office experience
• Fleet vehicle operation experience

• Drive motorized vehicles
• Work around machines
• Work above floor level
• Exposed to dust, fumes, gases
• Exposed to marked changes in temperature
• Work outdoors in varying weather
• Repetitive hand movement (firm grasp)- both hands
• Repetitive hand movement (grasp and pull) - both hands
