Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners (Fleet Chief Office, In-Service Supply Chain, engineering, customer support, etc.)
- →Assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
- →Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
- →Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance
- →Project management of fleet-wide issues consisting of short and long-term challenges requiring BGS supply chain support without an existing plan
- →BGS SME on fleet supportability – Either know the answer or help direct to the correct team
- →Multiple identifiers for supportability issues (Fleet Chief Office, engineering, service bulletins, AOG/sales, supply-chain health, etc.)
- →Own development and project management of roll-out until final execution
Requirements
~1 min read· 3+ Years of experience in Supply Chain
· 3+ Years of experience in Project Management
- Experience with SAP
- Define metrics and tracking mechanisms
- Comprehensive understanding of the issue, criticality, root cause, and impact to customers
- Define support plan and complete path to execution
- Establish stakeholders, action owners, and communication rhythm
