Responsibilities

- →Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
- →Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives.
- →Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.
- →Ensures the assigned team is executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
- →Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
- →Manages Risk, Issues and Opportunities for the assigned projects.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
- 3+ years of experience with any of the following: Project/Program Management, Procurement, Supplier Program Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, and/or Supplier Quality
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with Senior level executives and/or project management and/or complex operations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Familiarity with aerospace program management processes and terminology.
- Experience with Lean, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities processes and tools)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for $118,150 - $159,850
