The Boeing Company is looking for a Software Developer Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join the Digital Analytics and System Health (DASH) software team in Hazelwood, MO. This role will support one or more programs in the DASH portfolio within the Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization. The selected candidate will join our dynamic group focused on model-based sustainment simulation capabilities to provide action insights to support faster, data-driven decisions on fleet health. This role will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based applications, databases, and data processing tools on advanced aircraft programs.

As a member of the DASH software team, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and users to deliver impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency and fleet sustainment. Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack software solutions that support model based sustainment simulations

  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software systems

  • Coordinate complex development efforts across multiple teams and disciplines, ensuring alignment with program objectives

  • Lead or contribute to project planning, code reviews, and agile development processes

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure reliability and performance

  • Continuously improving software processes, tools, and documentation to enhance team productivity and product quality

  • Apply strong system-level thinking to integrate software components effectively within the broader operational environment

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack software development

Summary Pay Range for Experienced (level 3): $126,650 - $171,350

Summary Pay Range for Senior (level 4): $160,650 - $217,350

Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

This is not a Safety Sensitive Position.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
