Boeing Aerospace Operations

Responsibilities

  • →Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
  • →Performs inspections on aircraft for modification activities on the V-22 platform
  • →Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
  • →Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
  • →Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
  • →Documents audit results in standard formats
  • →Works under general direction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance/modification
  • 3+ years of V-22 aircraft experience
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR, 7-level)
  • Experience in interpreting and utilizing aircraft technical data
  • Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)
  • Experience in USN/USMC aviation maintenance/modification programs
  • DCMA INST 8210.1 experience
  • AS9100 Revision D experience
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
