Requirements

Current BCBA certification
Active New Jersey BCBA license
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

→Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the core characteristics of autism.
→Review assessment findings with caregivers and provide compassionate guidance regarding treatment recommendations.
→Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
→Provide direct and indirect supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
→Analyze treatment data regularly and make data-driven clinical decisions to maximize client progress.
→Maintain the highest standards of clinical quality, documentation, and ethical practice.
→Collaborate closely with the onsite Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
