Long Branch, NJ -Shift: Monday -Friday, 3:45pm to 6:45pm, 3:45pm to 5:45pm or 4:45pm to 6:45pm.
Ocean, NJ -Shift: Monday to Friday, 4pm to 7pm

Responsibilities

→Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
→Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
→Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
→Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
→Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
→Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

Qualifications:

→Prior ABA Therapy experience required. RBT certification required.

→High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
→Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
→Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
→Availability during after-school hours.
