We're looking for a french and English-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our European Customer Service team. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, working with digital tools, and collaborating in an international environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • →Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and effective communication while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • →Facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes, ensuring accurate setup of customer accounts, and delivering system training where needed to support customer success.
  • →Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, from order processing to issue resolution.
  • →Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and service requests in relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting performance tracking and reporting.
  • →Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • →Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and feedback on optimizing customer service processes, reducing operational inefficiencies, and increasing service levels.
  • →Play a key role in customer retention efforts by proactively addressing issues, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
  • →Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and concerns are effectively communicated and addressed in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Deliver exceptional service by managing customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
  • Own customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Support customer onboarding, account maintenance, and service delivery activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and transactional data to ensure operational excellence.

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are effectively represented and addressed.

  • Contribute to the transformation of Customer Service across Europe by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve service delivery.
  • Support operational excellence, digital adoption, and best-practice sharing initiatives.

  • Monitor service performance and help drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Use customer feedback and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

We're looking for someone who combines a passion for customer experience with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Administration, or Operational Support.
  • Experience working within defined processes and service standards.
  • Confidence using business systems, digital tools, and technology platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • High-volume transactional processing.
  • Experience supporting customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms.
