We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact.

What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.

CHEP Australia continues to grow - and so are the people who help drive that success! With a recent internal promotion creating an exciting opportunity for a strategic National Account Manager - Retail, you’ll be stepping in to lead a major national retail customer relationship and play a central role in strengthening its commercial, operational and strategic value.

- Own and shape one of CHEP Australia’s most strategically important retail partnerships.
- Build customer advocacy and solve complex commercial and supply chain challenges.
- Influence outcomes across two major organisations through trusted relationships and cross-functional leadership.

Reporting to the Director - Retail and FMCG, you’ll build relationships from operational teams through to senior decision-makers. Working across CHEP’s Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations and Sustainability teams, you’ll bring the right people together to resolve complex challenges, improve performance and create sustainable, long-term value.

Your success will come through influence, credibility and your ability to create alignment across multiple stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a strategically significant account at an important point in its journey, strengthening customer satisfaction and advocacy while helping position both organisations for continued future success.

This role is preferably based in Sydney, though Melbourne will be considered, and operates under a hybrid working model
