Parts Advisor

As a Front Counter Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering the premium customer experience Brandt/John Deere is known for. Working in a fast-paced agricultural dealership, you will support customers and service technicians by providing accurate parts advice for John Deere machinery and related equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional front counter service to retail, trade, and internal customers
• Interpreting parts requirements for John Deere agricultural, turf, and construction equipment
• Assisting workshop technicians with timely and accurate parts supply
• Processing parts sales, invoices, and customer orders
• Using John Deere parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify and source parts
• Managing inventory levels, including stock ordering, bin maintenance, and adjustments
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming parts and materials
• Locating, picking, and dispatching parts to customers and other branches
• Maintaining accurate records for inventory, sales, and transactions
• Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient parts department
• Other duties as required

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Experience in parts interpretation or familiarity with John Deere equipment (highly regarded)
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and parts information
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a busy dealership environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Confident using computer systems and electronic parts catalogues
