Our Ballarat Head Office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Settlements Administrator to join our Settlements & Rental team. About the Role

Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of settlements across the Brandt Group of Companies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and reconciling settlements in line with company and supplier requirements
  • Reviewing and auditing whole goods transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with OEM program guidelines
  • Preparing and validating sales commission calculations
  • Supporting the monitoring and reconciliation of accounts related to whole goods invoicing
  • Assisting with reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable, professional, and team-focused approach
  • Experience in administration, accounting, finance, or a similar role is advantageous
