🌟 Why Join BraveBe?

This is more than a job, it’s a chance to be part of a mission-driven, deeply supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and the well-being of both the families we serve and the people who serve them.

  • Growth-oriented – We invest in your development and leadership
  • Community-focused – Our impact reaches across 16 counties in Southeast Nebraska

As our Training & Outreach Coordinator, you will lead the development and delivery of impactful, evidence-informed training programs that equip professionals, caregivers, and communities to better prevent, recognize, and respond to child abuse.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, speaking to diverse audiences, and turning complex topics into meaningful learning experiences.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Lead Education & Training

  • Design and deliver dynamic trainings—both in-person and online—for professionals, parents, and youth

  • Collaborate with schools, universities, and partner agencies to expand BraveBe’s reach
  • Serve as a trusted resource for multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders

Drive Impact & Innovation

  • Assess training needs and continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes
  • Support awareness initiatives like Child Abuse Prevention & Awareness Month
  • Contribute to grant efforts and organizational growth

🌟 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (social work, communications, psychology, etc.)
  • Experience in public speaking, training, or facilitation
  • Background working with children, families, or trauma-informed services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for mission-driven work

🌟Benefits That Support You

We know that doing meaningful work requires strong support. That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed with your well-being in mind:

 Health & Wellness

  • Medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield (80% employer-paid)

  • Mental health services covered at 100% on select plans
  • Employer-paid short and long-term disability
  • Employee Assistance Program for confidential support

Time to Recharge

  • 14 paid holidays each year
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation and health leave
  • Paid parental leave to support growing families

Financial Security

  • SIMPLE IRA with up to 3% employer match after one-year fulltime employment

🌟Role Details

  • Full-time, exempt position (40 hours/week)
  • Salary starting at $44,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Some evening/weekend work and regional travel required
  • Reports to Director of Training & Community Engagement

At BraveBe, we invest in your future:

  • Opportunities to attend local, regional, and national conferences
