We're building something meaningful in the Americas, and we'd love for you to be part of it. Brevo is a global company of 900+ employees, and our Americas presence is one of the most exciting chapters of our growth story. As our People Operations & Office Manager, you'll have a real seat at the table — helping shape the function, not just support it.

This role sits at the heart of people operations, office management, and workplace experience, working closely with the Head of HR, Americas. If you're energized by the idea of making payroll seamless and creating an Austin office where people genuinely love to show up, this could be the perfect fit. This role is based in our downtown Austin office, with 3 days onsite per week.

You'll be backed by a collaborative global People team while having the autonomy and trust to do your best work.
