Responsibilities

Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals, primarily dogs and cats
→
Serve as a clinical leader and trusted resource for the veterinary team
→
Help establish and maintain high standards for medical quality, patient care, and client experience
→
Mentor, support, and collaborate with fellow veterinarians and clinical team members
→
Partner with the Hospital Manager and Regional Operations Manager on hospital goals, performance, and continued growth
→
Help foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable hospital culture
→
Identify opportunities to strengthen clinical services and improve hospital workflows
→
Collaborate within our broader veterinary ecosystem and communicate with referring veterinarians
→
Participate in continuing education, seminars, and professional development
→
Provide preventative care and counsel clients on their pets’ long-term health
→
Perform dental procedures and surgery based on experience and interest
→
Help create an environment where our team enjoys coming to work and our clients feel confident bringing their pets to us
