The Michele Robicheaux Agency is hiring a licensed producer for a hybrid sales role in Youngsville, LA. This position comes with access to Brightway's national carrier network and agency support, plus commission with no cap on earnings.

• →Sell personal lines insurance (auto, home, life) to new and existing clients
• →Work agency-provided leads from initial contact to close
• →Identify the right coverage for each customer through consultative selling
• →Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• Active P&C insurance license required
• 1–3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your own workload in a hybrid setup
