Experience Range: With at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in technical leadership roles and deep expertise in front-end web development within AI-augmented environments Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, delivering exceptional user experience and performanceArchitect and own front-end solutions, including reusable component libraries and enterprise UI standardsDevelop high-quality user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibilityDesign and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with enterprise systemsMentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to drive engineering excellenceCollaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutionsDrive technical excellence through code reviews, engineering standards, and quality governancePartner with AI agents for code generation, testing, documentation, and review activities, leveraging AI-native development toolsContribute across all phases of the SDLC: Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Operate, and OptimizeImplement automated testing frameworks covering unit, integration, API, and UI testing to ensure code quality and reliabilityLead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, optimizing for scalability, security, and complianceIdentify and implement opportunities to improve engineering productivity through AI-driven development practices and automationRequired Skills:
