The British Council is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Officer to join its Customer Management team. This role plays a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the organisation’s English and Examinations business objectives.
Acting as an ambassador for the British Council, the post holder is responsible for providing accurate information and high-quality service to customers and students across multiple channels. The role involves guiding customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiry through to registration, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience aligned with corporate standards and global customer service strategy.
In addition, the role contributes to achieving agreed sales and conversion targets by proactively engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant products and services. The post holder will maintain strong relationships with customers, utilise CRM systems effectively, and support business growth through informed and professional interactions.
