Responsibilities

→Ability to interpret production orders, follow in-depth work instructions, and keep the machine running at the optimal pace for the job.
→Evaluates and is responsible for quality throughout each job. Completes all required documentation relevant to every job.
→Performs preventative maintenance and authorized repairs. Resolves all systems issues proactively, seeking guidance as needed.
→Successfully meets and maintains all defined monthly Operator Efficiency Goals.
→Follows all departmental and safety procedures.
→May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Requirements

Experience within a production environment
Experience in the operation of material insert machines is necessary.
Understands overall operation of equipment and their interrelations.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Demonstrates the ability to work with a sense of urgency while prioritizing tasks to meet or adjust to changing demands.
Requires standing for 12-hour shifts, comfortably reaching 20”, and lifting to 50 lbs.
Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and/or overtime
Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies

Shift: EWN: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Hourly rate: $19.25 - Bonus Eligible

Ability to interact and effectively communicate with team members, internal staff and liaisons.
Ability to adhere to all quality standards
