With the newly integrated Place Exchange by Broadsign SSP, Broadsign’s Client Success Organization is growing and looking for a talented Account Analyst to light up the world. About the Role

As an Account Analyst, you will be a vital engine behind our growth. Joining our Media Planning team, you will act as a bridge between Sales, Client Success, and our diverse roster of clients. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role designed for someone eager to become an expert in the emerging programmatic OOH channel. You aren't just supporting campaigns; you are mastering the business model and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.

  • Strategic Media Planning & Execution
    • Support Sales Directors and Client Success Managers by generating high-impact media plans and presentations.
    • Own the full lifecycle of an opportunity, from media planning to execution and reporting.
    • Generate and communicate deal requirements for won opportunities, ensuring total accuracy for every campaign launch.
  • Collaborative Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with Sales, Client Success, and Ad Ops to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Act as a key liaison with publisher sales contacts to advance client campaigns and troubleshoot needs.
    • Partner with Marketing and Operations to transform campaign successes into compelling client collateral.
  • Domain Expertise & Operational Excellence
    • Become a fluent expert in the digital OOH landscape and its role within omnichannel marketing.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our inventory integrations across both domestic and international markets.
    • Serve as the "go-to" resource for the team, executing tasks accurately and proactively meeting all deadlines.
    • Contribute to team documentation and process improvements.

The base salary range for the Account Analyst role in the New York Tri-State Area is $60,000 to $71,000 USD per year. We believe in generously rewarding high performance. This role has significant earning potential through a SIP (Short Term Incentive Plan). Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as a candidate's skills, experience, and specific geographic location.
